  • Unwanted physical contact

  • Intimidation, stalking, or persistent unwanted attention

  • Offensive, discriminatory, or hateful comments

  • Disruptive behavior that interferes with the safe and enjoyable operation of the market

Anyone who experiences or witnesses inappropriate behavior is encouraged to report it to market staff as soon as possible.

Market management reserves the right to take appropriate action in response to unacceptable behavior, including:

  • Speaking with the individual involved

  • Requesting that a person leave the market

  • Restricting future participation or attendance at market events

  • Contacting law enforcement when necessary

While the market takes reports seriously and will respond where possible, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
