Live music is part of what makes market days feel special. It’s the soundtrack to your shopping, food truck feasting with friends, and kids dancing in the grass.

This season we’ve decided to expand our music program with longer sets and more full bands, bringing more energy and variety to the market while supporting more local musicians.

Because we believe live music is an important part of the market experience, we’ve already built the additional musician pay into our season plans. What we haven’t fully secured yet are the funds to cover the added cost. As a non-profit organization there isn’t a lot of wiggle room in our budget.

That’s where our community comes in.

If the music at the market has ever made you stay a little longer, discover a new artist, or simply enjoy the atmosphere a little more, we invite you to consider making a contribution.

Extending the music sets will cost approximately $1300 more this season and any funds raised above that amount will help to cover the cost of hiring larger groups. Community contributions will help us cover that investment. Together, we can keep the market vibrant, welcoming, and full of music.

Every dollar donated goes directly toward paying the musicians who perform at the market.
