At EFM we are constantly impressed by the talent and expertise of the vendors that join our little community. Everything from dedication to reducing waste, sourcing locally from fellow vendors, and volunteering their time to support the market outside of their time as vendors. Thank you for being a part of this community, or, if you are new, considering joining us!
What to Know Before You Apply
Step 1. Acquire the relevant forms and certifications as outlined below.
Step 2. Create a vendor profile on Lokobuzz.
Step 3. Use your new profile to submit an application.
Policies and Procedures (P&P)
The Esquimalt Farmers Market has created clearly outline important responsibilities and expectations for vendors. Vendors are expected to abide by all of the rules set forth in the P&P at all times.
The P&P are vital to the integrity of the market. Please read through the document and be prepared to sign if you are approved to be a vendor at the market.
Create a vendor profile and click on our market and "Become a Vendor" under the market map. Select the relevant session and the appropriate application form. You will find detailed instructions in the FAQ's on Lokobuzz.
Editing Your Lokobuzz Application
To edit your application:
-> log into your vendor profile
-> choose "Vendor Tools"
-> click "Market Applications".
You can edit your application if it is in "pending" format and thereafter please email email@example.com.
Forms and Certifications
We recommend that every vendor have their own product liability insurance.
It is MANDATORY for the following vendors:
considered high risk
body care & cosmetics
EFM must be named in your insurance and a copy must be submitted to the market manager.
